Terms and Conditions Use of the petronas99 Platform

To register and use the petronas99 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online betting activities.
• Not currently under a self-exclusion period imposed by petronas99 or any other platform.
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration.
• Register for yourself only, not on behalf of anyone else.

Petronas99 reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm a player's identity through the KYC process. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure until verification is complete.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account. If petronas99 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all such accounts may be suspended and all associated funds and wins may be forfeited without prior notice.

Petronas99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Each promotion has a validity period, wagering requirements, and specific conditions as stated in the respective promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder.
• If a player chooses to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirements, Petronas99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and deduct the bonus value from the withdrawal amount.
• Games excluded from contributing to wagering requirements will be specifically stated in the terms of each promotion.

Petronas99 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Player provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• There is evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, or platform manipulation.
• Player found to be holding multiple accounts.
• The player is located in a jurisdiction where the use of online betting platforms is prohibited.
• Player involved in illegal activities such as money laundering.
• A player who has applied for self-exclusion attempts to re-register or use the platform again.

In cases of account suspension due to confirmed fraud or misuse, Petronas99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account. In cases of suspension for other reasons, legitimate funds will be returned to the player once the investigation is complete.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the petronas99 customer support team. All valid funds in the account will be returned once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Petronas99 provides its platform "as is" and makes no warranties or representations regarding the outcome of any game or wager. The following is acknowledged and agreed to by players:

• The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical updates, or circumstances beyond petronas99's control. We are not liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability.
