We're more than just a betting platform. Petronas99 is a community of Malaysian players who share the same passion — a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience without compromise.
The story behind the platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players
Petronas99 was founded with one clear goal — to provide an online betting platform genuinely built for Malaysian players. Not a foreign platform simply translated into Bahasa Melayu, but an ecosystem that understands the needs, habits, and preferences of local players from the ground up.
We understand that Malaysian players want more than just a place to bet. They want a platform they can trust — where deposits are processed quickly, winnings can be withdrawn without hassle, and Malay-speaking customer support is ready to help whenever needed. That's what we've built, and that's what we keep improving every day.
From a small, dedicated team, Petronas99 has grown into one of Malaysia's most popular online betting platforms — with over 50,000 registered members and a track record that keeps improving year after year.
To provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable online betting platform for every Malaysian player — regardless of background, experience level, or preferred game type. We are committed to continuously improving every aspect of the platform for the satisfaction of our members.
To become Malaysia's most trusted number-one online betting platform — known not only for ease of use and a wide range of games, but above all for integrity, security, and transparency that no party can question.
Six things that set us apart from other platforms on the market
256-bit SSL encryption protects every connection and transaction. Two-factor authentication (2FA), a real-time anti-fraud system, and integrated KYC ensure your account and funds are always fully protected.
Deposits and withdrawals at Petronas99 are processed automatically with no manual approval required. Your winnings can reach your bank account or eWallet in as little as 2 to 5 minutes — no delays, no excuses.
All games on our platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent auditing bodies. Every outcome is completely random — no manipulation from any party.
Petronas99 is more than just a translation — the interface, customer support, and payment methods are all designed specifically for Malaysian players. Natural, not mechanical, Bahasa Melayu makes the experience feel truly close to home.
The petronas99 VIP Program is no gimmick. Every gaming activity you make counts, and the rewards are real — higher withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, cashback, and a dedicated personal account manager for top-tier members.
Petronas99's Malay-speaking support team is available at all times — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No one is missed, no one is left waiting too long.
The principles that guide every decision we make
We act with honesty in every aspect of our operations — from how games work to how we manage player funds. Player trust is our most valuable asset.
Every decision we make starts with one question — is this good for our players? Member satisfaction and comfort always come first, above everything else.
Our platform, performance, and services never stop improving. Player feedback is taken seriously and forms the foundation of every update and new feature we develop.
Petronas99 is fully committed to responsible gaming. We provide self-management tools, betting limits, and support resources to ensure gaming remains a healthy form of entertainment.
From humble beginnings to a widely recognized name
Petronas99 was established by a team of experienced industry professionals with a vision to create an online betting platform that truly puts Malaysian players first. It started with a few hundred members and a limited game selection, but with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Petronas99 began integrating with world-leading game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Membership grew rapidly as the platform's reputation as a safe and trustworthy destination spread by word of mouth among Malaysian players.
Understanding that the majority of Malaysian players use smartphones, Petronas99 launched a fully optimized Android app and a tiered VIP program that delivers real rewards to loyal players. This move drove a sharp surge in new member growth.
Today, Petronas99 is among Malaysia's most popular online betting platforms, with over 50,000 active members, 500+ games, and world-class infrastructure. Our journey isn't over — we continue to invest in technology and services for a better future for all players.
A team of industry experts dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for every player
Engineers and developers who keep the Petronas99 platform running smoothly, fast, and secure at all times.
Malay-speaking support agents available to help players resolve any issue 24 hours a day, without interruption.
Cybersecurity experts who monitor the platform around the clock and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Finance specialists who manage the payment systems and ensure every deposit and withdrawal is processed smoothly.
One thing petronas99 never compromises on is game fairness. We understand that player trust is built on the confidence that every spin, every card hand, and every game outcome is random and cannot be manipulated. That is why all games on our platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by internationally recognised independent auditing bodies.
We also provide RTP (Return to Player) information for every slot game transparently. This lets you make informed decisions about your game choices based on expected return percentages — rather than relying on luck alone.
Player funds at Petronas99 are held in a segregated account, completely separate from the company's operational funds. This means your winnings are never used for any other purpose and are always available for withdrawal whenever you choose. This is the highest standard of fund protection in the online betting industry.
In addition, all financial transactions at petronas99 are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through certified payment providers that meet PCI-DSS security standards. You can deposit and withdraw with full confidence that every ringgit you have is safe and secure.
Petronas99 integrates directly with Malaysia's most popular payment methods — DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and major local banks including Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong. That means you can deposit and withdraw using the methods most convenient and familiar to you, with no new accounts to open or complicated processes to go through.
All these payment methods support real-time transactions — deposits arrive in seconds, withdrawals are processed in minutes. No hidden fees, no deductions that eat into your wins. The amount you request to withdraw is the amount that lands in your account.
At Petronas99, we believe gaming should remain a fun source of entertainment, not stress. That's why we provide a range of self-management tools to help players stay in control of their activity — including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and the option to take a temporary break from the platform.
We also provide responsible gaming resources and information in Malay, and our support team is trained to identify and assist players who may need support. If you or someone you know is experiencing gambling-related issues, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for available information and assistance.
Petronas99 never stops evolving. We continually invest in research and development to keep our platform relevant, competitive, and delivering the best experience for Malaysian players. In the near future, players can look forward to more games from top providers, improvements to the mobile app, new features in the VIP program, and enhancements to platform speed and stability.
Most importantly, we will keep listening to feedback from the petronas99 player community. You use this platform every day and know better than anyone what needs improving and what is already working well. Together, we will continue building a platform that truly deserves the trust of Malaysian players.
